There is no question about it: the world moves fast. One of the best representations of this fast-paced world is how we communicate with one another now versus how we did just a few years ago. While this is apparent in our personal lives, it also affected how businesses communicate with their consumers.

What are you most excited about in 2020?
When you hear 2020, it’s hard not to think of the future. While the use of flying cars and holograms isn’t in our day-to-day lives, how we communicate digitally has truly lived up to those futuristic expectations. From video calls to social media, communication technology has come a long way in the last few decades with new revolutionary strides every single year. In 2020, I’m excited to see where that goes, especially with how businesses connect with their audience in a more virtual, remote world.
What digital media trend do you think will be most prominent in 2020?
I’m confident that we’ll see digital media used as the main means of communication more than ever. While a lot of businesses still rely on phone calls, lobby visits, and other traditional methods, we’re seeing consumers connect via digital media to ask questions and voice concerns more and more every day. Because of innovation and technology, businesses can communicate more effectively with their clients. From virtual lobbies, tours, and everything in between, it is expected that more and more transactions will be done virtually.
What are you doing for your clients in 2020?
With technology being used more than ever, we want to ensure that our clients stay on top of the game and that they make the most of everyone turning to their computers. We do this by keeping up to date with all of the advancements on the platforms and redefining strategies on how we communicate with everyone from behind a screen. I’m excited to continue helping my clients succeed. Learn more about that on my BusinessNewsInsight.com interview.
What should be on everyone’s radar in 2020?
We should all be on the lookout for what parts of communication transition from in-person to digital. From medical to marketing and everything in between, we’re learning now more than ever that a lot of what we do can be done from our computers and it’ll be good to keep up with what stays that way!
What is your goal for 2020?
My goal for 2020 is to stay ahead of the curve for my clients. While no one can predict the future, it’s important to stay informed on it so that I can ensure my clients have the resources and strategies based around them at their disposal before anyone else. I have already trained and coached over 1,500 entrepreneurs on how to turbo-charge their earning potential and I intend to help more budding entrepreneurs succeed so they can finally experience the lives of their dreams.
